Lutensol AT80 Powder, a nonionic surfactant, is a tallow alcohol ethoxylate with 80 EO units. It functions as an anti-redeposition agent to prevent staining on white surfaces and is ideally suited for denim enzyme washing, delivering a vintage appearance and soft hand feel to finished products.

Applications:

Fabric Desizing: In the removal of starch and chemical sizing agents, use 0.5%–2.0% of AT-80 (on fabric weight) to replace conventional cleaning agents.
Fabric Abrasion Washing: AT-80 can be used in cellulose enzyme washing processes to enhance blue-white contrast and the overall appearance of garments. The recommended dosage is typically 0.5%–2.0% on garment weight.
Fabric Cleaning: Owing to its exceptional dispersion and cleaning performance, AT-80 is suitable for post-washing or soaping of various fabrics, particularly multi-colored or yarn-dyed fabrics.
