Company leaders, board members, representatives from branch offices, Bedway Company, and Tianchen Biology gathered together with employees to celebrate past achievements and outline a shared vision for the future.

 

At the conference, Chairman Liu Naixian joined all colleagues in reviewing the determined journey of Zhongpeng and its subsidiaries throughout 2025, speaking highly of the remarkable accomplishments achieved during the year. In the midst of domestic industrial upgrading and the transition to high-quality development, coupled with a sluggish global trade environment, the company faced dual challenges. Yet, united in purpose, our team confronted these obstacles with unwavering perseverance. By actively pursuing high-quality resources and collaboratively tackling operational challenges, we successfully achieved new business breakthroughs. These outstanding results stand as a testament to every employee's dedication and teamwork, highlighting our steadfast commitment to sustainable growth and resilient progress.

 

 

2025 Annual Conference Address by Chairman Liu Naixian

 

Dear Colleagues and Friends,

 

First, on behalf of the company, I extend my sincere gratitude to every member of our team, as well as to the suppliers, clients, and partners who have consistently supported Zhongpeng, Bedway, and Tianchen Biology.

 

2025 was marked by fierce competition in the chemical industry and a challenging external landscape. Yet, through unity and determination, Zhongpeng and Bedway achieved double-digit growth in both sales volume and revenue, while Tianchen Biology maintained steady progress across all business lines. This collective success is a testament to the hard work of every individual here.

 

I would like to offer a special word of thanks to each of you. In the second half of the year, I devoted much of my attention to Guangdong Tianchen Biology—a subsidiary of the Guangdong Academy of Sciences under Zhongpeng Holdings—focusing on the restructuring of its Zhaoqing facility and the development of its sales network. During this period, I entrusted the key responsibilities of Zhongpeng and Bedway entirely to your capable hands. You rose to the challenge, delivered strong growth under pressure, and proved once again that we are a resilient and high-performing team. Your commitment fills me with pride and gratitude—thank you all.

 

Over the past year, Zhongpeng Chemical has successfully implemented an integrated structure spanning sales, international trade, production, R&D, logistics, and warehousing. Our new logistics and storage system is now operational, the export department is running smoothly, and production and R&D are closely aligned. Bedway has deepened its expertise and enhanced both quality and efficiency. Tianchen Biology has completed the restructuring of its Zhaoqing plant and strengthened its production and sales framework, positioning itself for promising growth. The foundation for Zhongpeng Chemical's group-based development is now in place. We are committed to building an integrated industry group that combines trade, research, production, storage, and logistics—moving steadfastly toward our vision of strengthening industrial capacity and expanding our scale.

 

Tianchen Biology, a high-tech enterprise backed by Zhongpeng Holdings and the Guangdong Academy of Sciences, has reinforced its foundation with the completion of the Zhaoqing facility. This not only solidifies its own operations but also supports the group’s overall growth and long-term development.

 

While we celebrate these achievements, we must also honestly address areas for improvement. In 2025, we identified challenges in logistics costs, warehouse management, accounts receivable control, and cross-department coordination. In the coming months, we will conduct a thorough review, learn from experience, and refine our strategies to prepare for an even stronger 2026.

 

Looking ahead, building on the solid groundwork laid in 2025, our focus for 2026 is to steadily advance Zhongpeng Chemical's group-based development, strengthen our industrial foundation, and foster closer collaboration among Bedway and Tianchen Biology. Together, we will continue to expand the group’s scale and move confidently toward our established objectives.
